The Medical Imaging Confidence Index (MICI) Q1 2019 results indicate stable confidence in the industry as a whole, with increased confidence in growth as a profit center and access to capital balancing out decline in other areas. Specifically, confidence has declined in volume growth for high margin diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures, and confidence remains low that Medicare reimbursement will be adequate.
